So, today I earned the 'Workout Connoisseur' achievement which makes me feel as though I have achieved something significant (I mean, it is 10,000 minutes of exercise). I'm very proud to have been consistent for ten months straight —rest days included, of course. I would just like to thank Chloe and her team for creating this app and for providing us with free workout routines. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Really. I used to hate working out before but the Core app has changed my life in so many ways. I realised that I actually enjoy working out! I just needed some help to maintain my consistency. I have discovered that I am disciplined and have the willpower to form and stick to a long-term habit. I am very proud of myself, and the Core app has played a big part in that. Thank you!

It feels like I've reached a milestone!
