Beginnings
So I started a program and I have been consistent with the workout routine, also with having some sort of healthy and calorie deficit food now and then. Yet somehow I havent lossed a single kg and addition to that I have gained a kilo. If I stay motivated by saying myself that the goal isnt about being skinny but healthy still i feel slightly disheartened.
I don’t know what to do now. Please give some advice
