Motivation
I thought I'd post some of the changes I've noticed since starting my journey at the beginning of June that aren't reflected by the scale, tape measure or mirror.
🪑 getting up from chairs or the floor is so much easier and doesn't hurt my knees
🐶 bending over to harness my pups for walks is easier and doesn't hurt my hips and back
🦶 I can stand on my tip toes again
💪 I can lift and move cases of drinks to stock the pantry easier
🥰 I'm happy
🤪 I have energy and I'm excited for every day
🛏 my sleep patterns aren't as chaotic
⚖️ I've been able to manage my blood sugar and am not having daily crashes
☕️ I don't need 5 cups of coffee and 2 energy drinks to function
🍽 I'm motivated to cook again
🧘♀️ my flexibility is already back to what it was when I did daily yoga 15 yrs ago
☢️ my anxiety levels are almost zero
🍑 my wife exclaimed "my gawd your a$$" no less than 6 times today and that just feels really great to hear
