Journey so far

Journey so far, lost 19 pounds, looking for some advice. What challenge should I do next?
Over the summer, I reached the highest weight I have ever been: 239 at 5.4.
I knew I had to do something quick before the number on the scale got higher, so on June 2 of this year (2025) I started working out. So far, I have lost 19 pounds and am now at 220. I see differences in my glutes and my legs, in 116 days I lost 19 pounds, a side of me is disappointed that it isn't much weight, but I have been tempted with food, I'll give you that and I have been sick several times as well, including as I am writing this post. I lost ten pounds in one month, then 4 pounds the next next month and now we are here in September and I have lost five pounds this month. Trying to reach my goal of loosing 80 pounds this school year. So far 61 pounds left to go. Can I please have some advice, some weight loss testimonies, and recommended Chloe Ting challenges? I do not have any weights or exercise equipment besides a mat. (edited by moderator)
