Motivation
Fyi (sorry if i don't get my grammar right but this is base on myself and I don't want you to feel it)
I felt like I'm loosing my hope because I never lose weight with some 'different' workouts videos I saw on YouTube. Till I saw at the YouTube shorts that it was proven that chloe ting is most effective workouts. So i tried using her workouts/exercises. I started at May, at first week I felt tired and lost my hope but I thought 'why don't I think about myself?' I was experiencing judgement from other 'people' because of how fat/obese I am. I encourage to keep it up till I no longer feel fatigue. Im trying to target the hourglass body to prove them that i will no longer stay as an obese nor i will never be the woman they think is weak i keep thinking (I'M IN CONTROL) but always remember don't think about people. Think about yourself. Don't let them ruin your confidence, like what Mj said "If you wanna make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself and then make that
Change". Keep your confidence shrug your shoulders to them KEEP FIGHTING
