Chloe Ting Community

So far I have made three days in the fitness journey of this app. And it’s been a struggle here and there, i sometimes struggle to finish all workouts and sometimes I’m barely able to do any due to exhaustion. The warm ups are getting easier though, and so far I’ve stayed to it, even if I take more day rest at times. I’ve also been trying to run again and do at home yoga on the side. Anyways I hope this journey goes well for me and many others. Especially when you are going through things, be kind to yourselves and work on yourself. Love and peace🩷✊🏾
