Life and new beginnings

So I decided to join this years winter arc… why? I don’t know it seems interesting I had been wanting to before but I always forgot or didn’t do it. But I been getting into running of all things, I weigh 233 lbs and it’s my highest weight ever and I’m disappointed in myself but I’m gonna get better. I have plans I’m running a mile in intervals but it’s still running either way and I can walk 4 miles in 1hr and 35 min so I’m not so bad lol. I’m excited I want to run a 5k and then run some more! I want to get addicted to this as much as possible and while I do running and walking I also do the Chloe ting because her workouts have helped me lose weight before so I’m just putting this out there because I felt like I was struggling and now I found something to look towards to and I thought maybe I could share and someone might get inspired to i don’t know run or walk or something. I’m thinking that by the end of the year I’ll be able to run 30 minutes without breaks that is the goal lol. But I also want to get into biking. I’m making sure I don’t restrain myself.
