Losing consistency

I was always told that working out was worth it and that the sweat and work would pay off, it's been 6 months and nothing. My measurements havnt changed, my weight hasn't changed, I look no different in my pictures. You hear all these people with major glow ups and it only took them 3-6 months it's been 6 months and nothing has changed, now I'm sitting in my garage writing this and not working out, ever since I took my trip in late May I've been struggling to complete anything, school included. (I go through the summer.) the Challenge I picked is really hard and has 3 videos in it everyday and now I'm questioning if any of it is worth it. Or even if I should just forget about the Core app and get a gym membership.
If I quit Chloe then I'll be back where I was and maybe even hit 200 lb this time, I just got an interview for a part-time job and if I get that, I'll have to balance school, my job, and working out while questioning if the programs even work.
Maybe it's me?
Can someone help me out and tell me these programs work and 6 months isn't enough time to see changes (even though for a lot of people it is.)
