Today’s warm up and workout challenged me to do more lunges than I’ve ever done in my entire life, all in one sitting. I’ve always shied away from this particular movement

because it’s challenging to my knees and core but TODAY WAS THE DAY I’d have to do them both in the warm up and legs and glutes video! I pray that I can walk tomorrow lol.
