I am at the point where I want to give up. Having depression (I am medicated) feels like the biggest obstacle to my fitness journey. I try to avoid avoiding food but when I eat something I THINK I shouldn't eat feels like I failed. Im only recently been noticing my body and I dont like the fact I've noticed. I dont know what to do during these periods of giving up.
