Really disappointed in myself, it took only 1 week of vacation to gain back all the weight I worked for 6 months to lose. It feels like I'm doing something wrong, you don't see anyone else reporting a 6 Month weight loss journey and they have barely lost 10 lb. 🥲 
Yes I am in a calorie deficit, yes I'm consistent with the workouts, no, I'm not seeing any weight loss.
