Beginnings
So I am 16 1.73 meters tall and I weighed 86 when I started losing weight at first I didn't gave emphasis to workout but then when I lost 7kg like 79 I came across Chloe Ting I chose her most popular challenge 2019 2 week shred but I was unable to complete it 😭 But then I became lazy i didn't worked out just diet lost 2 more kgs but then I thought to start again I now chose 2025 weightloss challenge and I didn't gave up today is day 21 of the challenge I'm consistent and seeing results my current weight is 76 kg I lost only a kg in previous month but rather than scale I trust lovely results seeing difference in belly fat my family members saying I look little lean thats a big achievement and after I'm done with this challenge I'll take 2020 flat tummy challenge to build my core
Guys the only thing I can say if you're reading don't give up and rely on scale because even I didn't saw big changes on scale I saw difference in in jeans fitting better became lose
