Hey... 👋

I don't know how to start all this... but recently I finally dared to step on the scale again after a long time... and what can I say, I could have cried. 🥲 Although it's my own fault. But I never would have thought I'd gained so much weight...

🌷 A little about my story:

After a few negative experiences with classmates, my younger self decided to finally lose weight and start exercising regularly. I was really successful at it. I ate very little, cut out sweets, and exercised a lot. I was relatively happy and liked my body and how I looked most of the time. 💪Unfortunately, in the last two years, many other things became more important, and I was under a lot of stress, and I think I'm not always doing so well mentally either. I've noticed that my pants are getting tighter, and I'm feeling increasingly uncomfortable in my own skin. I hate my body. I'd love to just crawl under my duvet and hope no one sees me, not even myself. Anyway, I weighed myself again recently and got a huge shock when it said 60 kg.

🏃‍♀️ A little about sports and me:

I enjoy sports; I've never really stopped. I'm athletic. I have swim training once a week, I work out at home, and I'm trying to improve my calisthenics. 🏊‍♀️💪 I love jogging (even if it needs lots of motivation😅), especially the energy boost after 75 minutes of slow jogging and then sprinting as fast as I can with full force. 🏃‍♀️⚡ I can now do 25 push-ups, and on good days, almost 30. I can do one-arm push-ups and every other imaginable variation. So, I'm athletic... but somehow you wouldn't know it to look at me. On the contrary, I've gotten fatter...

Since losing weight, I've been so afraid of gaining it back, and now I've gained 15 kg. I would really love to get back down to 45kg so I can finally feel comfortable in my own skin again. 🥺

✈️🌸🇮🇳 Especially since I'm flying to India in 10 days, I could really use a little more self-confidence...

[45kg is perfectly fine for my height of 148cm]

🤍 Maybe there's someone out there who would like to stick with me and maybe even help me out a bit, or even start fresh with me, but really without giving up. 🫶🏻

This is a promise to myself, and I would be thrilled to have a best friend or big sister by my side. 🥹💕 Because I think it's more fun and motivating to train together and try challenges like "no sugar" or whatever else. 🌷✨

I would be so happy to receive a message from you if you want to do it this time with me, to support each other, motivate, and also sometimes just talk. 🥰🦋🌻
