1 Year+ Journey
In December 2024, I was the highest weight I’ve ever been at 147 lbs (without being pregnant). It was shocking since my highest at full term pregnancy was 155 lbs. I decided to take my health more seriously this year. I focused on having a small calorie deficit most days and completed 14 Chloe Ting programs! I took some breaks in between programs for vacation and now during the holidays.
I would say my progress was better during the first half of the year, but I’m still proud of what I was able to achieve. I lost ~23 lbs. I want to lose another 10 lbs and will continue my weight loss journey (to mix it up, prob do fewer Chloe Ting programs and incorporate more running/biking).
For those who are discouraged, keep going and take it day by day. Consistency is key to losing weight. I also feel a lot better physically. My clothes fit better, and I have less back and foot pain compared to last year. Thank you, Chloe!
