I have been using Chloe Ting's workout programs/videos since August of 2019. During that time, many of my relatives were being diagnosed with major health issues and it scared the shit out of me. I knew if I didn't get my act together, I would've been next. So I started off with her 2 weeks ab challenge and continued from there. I saw results in probably 2 months and I was so proud of myself. Then she came out with the weighted program and I never looked back. My body has changed over the past 6 years, but I feel so much better. Don't get me wrong, I have my moments where I feel ugly, but then I look back at my old pictures and realize how healthy I look now (muscle gains) and that I have no reason to complain or feel that way. So thank you Chloe Ting, from the bottom of my heart 😭💘 love you girl! And shout out to all the baddies on here doing their thing! Love ya'll too 💓
