Motivation
I have been using Chloe Ting's workout programs/videos since August of 2019. During that time, many of my relatives were being diagnosed with major health issues and it scared the shit out of me. I knew if I didn't get my act together, I would've been next. So I started off with her 2 weeks ab challenge and continued from there. I saw results in probably 2 months and I was so proud of myself. Then she came out with the weighted program and I never looked back. My body has changed over the past 6 years, but I feel so much better. Don't get me wrong, I have my moments where I feel ugly, but then I look back at my old pictures and realize how healthy I look now (muscle gains) and that I have no reason to complain or feel that way. So thank you Chloe Ting, from the bottom of my heart đđ love you girl! And shout out to all the baddies on here doing their thing! Love ya'll too đ
