Hi everyone 👋 I’m new here and I’m getting ready mentally to working out 🏋️♀️
I really want to start the 2019 Lean Thigh Challenge, but if I’m honest, it feels overwhelming. Every time I think about being consistent, I get discouraged because the workouts look hard for my level 🫤 That’s usually when I procrastinate and tell myself “maybe tomorrow.”
But I don’t want to keep quitting before I even begin. So I’ve decided to start on Sunday (International Women’s Day motivated me 😂), even though part of me is scared I’ll give up again 😟 It feels frustrating to stop before finishing, like losing a battle I didn’t even fight properly.
For those who’ve completed one of Chloe’s programs, does it get easier over time? How did you feel on your first day?
Any advice for a beginner who wants to stay consistent would really mean a lot 🫶 I don’t want motivation for one week — I want to build something I can actually stick to.
