The  first two photos show  my body now: not perfect but I love it and I’m working on loving it even  more. The last  two photos are  me when I was 18. When I lost  weight for the first time I was happier than ever but after I gained the weight back and then I realized that, a  perfect body isn’t  built through one challenge or one strict diet, it’s about consistency, taking care of yourself, and loving yourself. Don’t look for the fastest way to lose weight, look for self-care 🍒💋
