Progress! 2nd program (pilates core) completed!

Hi hi hi! I completed the pilates core challenge yesterday and I thought I'd share my results! I don't have before / after pictures today since this challenge is only 2 weeks long, but I can say my clothes fit differently, my body is changing shape and I'm feeling wonderful!

I went into the pilates challenge with the idea that it would keep me actively exercising but allow me a soft break from the intensity of my first challenge. As I got to the 2nd week of the program there were days I would repeat the booty/legs exercises or add arms/standing abs videos to the workout as I felt I needed more push to not lose my strength progress. Whether that's valid or not regarding strength I'm not sure but it made my brain feel better. 🙃🙂

What I got out of it: absolute improvement in my balance, tighter/stronger core, more flexibility in my hips/ knees/back. I definitely feel like I had a good break and I'm ready to start more strength training!! 💪

Total loss in inches:
Waist: (-1)
Hips: (-1.5)
Abdomen at navel: (-.25)
Chest: (-1)
Underboob: (-1)
Thigh L: (-.5)
Thigh R: 0
Arm L: (-1.5)
Arm R: (-.75)
Neck: (-1)
Calf L: 0
Calf R: 0
Shoulder: (-1.5)

Total loss: 10 inches
Total weight loss: 0.8 lb

Overall this is a great program for balance, core, flexibility and toning of current muscles in my opinion. I also think it's a nice short active break or beginning program for those looking for a less strenuous challenge. 💪🏆👍🧘‍♀️🎖
