Progress!

Today is Day 13 of the 2020 challenge having completed the 2019 challenge already.
I lost 5 pounds from last week. I'm 122lbs!
Of course I do diet very strictly and walk for 2 hours after the challenge and I thought I did 3 hours of exercise daily but yesterday I noticed is more live a bit over 4 hours. I add something every day. I added dancing yesterday. Yes, I'm obsessed but since 2021 I have been 90-98 pounds and loved it. So this year I got off tracks and on July 13th I was 143 pounds. I died. That means I've lost 21 lbs in 1 month and a half.
I noticed Chloe's exercises changes on my physique and on my progress pics.
Take progress pics and your cm, that's what kept me going the first week after having lost 5 pounds in 2 days and then nothing for a week, but a lot of cm and changes on the pics. Otherwise I might've dropped it there!
