Motivation
Hi all, I'm not ready to share this in the before/after section because it's not more than a month of progress, but seriously I am shocked about the results already, so I wanted to share to show how much a difference just 10 days can make.
Background:
This is my first program in about 2 years, so my strength has significantly decreased and I was just SO lethargic. From day 1, where I had to modify a bunch of the exercises (planks on knees, etc), I am now doing full planks and every time I hear the 3 second countdown, I am excited to try to fit in 1 or 2 more moves before we change exercises. I am feeling an incredible amount stronger already!
Method:
This is just the Chloe Ting workouts, without major diet changes, I'll usually just go for a walk on rest days. I pretty much cut out a bunch of snacks that I was having because I was bored. Now I'm moving more, I'm not sitting around getting bored so much, so I'm not craving snacks to pass the time. I did start meal tracking in the past week, but it's more just to keep my own records, and I have been exceeding the calories on several days, so I would definitely not count it as a diet.
