Beginnings
Hey everyone, Sandhya here! I’m about to complete the Chloe Ting 2024 weight loss program tomorrow, on 5th May.
I’ve been consistent for a month since I restarted my fitness journey, and I’m really proud of that.
I haven’t lost any weight in terms of kilograms yet, but I’ve definitely lost inches—which always seems to happen with me. I’m okay with that. However, I think adding more cardio-based exercises and maintaining a calorie deficit might help me improve further and lose weight as well.
I’m really enjoying the workouts and plan to stay consistent with them until I join the gym again.
I’m focused on losing weight, but I’m not obsessed with it. If anyone has benefited from any program, I’d love your suggestions!

For reference: I’m 5'2" and weigh 64 kg.
Here are my full body measurements (as of 4th May 2026):
Neck: 13.5 inches
Bust: 38 inches
Waist: 32 inches
Hips: 38 inches
Thigh: 23 inches
Calf: 14 inches
Arms: 12 inches
Forearm: 9 inches
Also, I’m looking for a fitness buddy here—someone who enjoys motivating, competing, and challenging each other along the way!
