Progress Update!

I went from 56.75 kgs to 50.50 kgs!!! I feel sooo happy. How did I do it? Cut out on junk food. I used to snack at every single two hours and stress eat a lot. Like really a lot. I don't eat everything healthy now but definitely better than before. And ofc consistently exercising everyday. There are days when I just don't feel like doing it but then I go for yoga or some streching.

Intermittent fasting has helped me a lot. Like reallyy a lot. My digestion is so much better. My metabolism is so much better. I am absolutely loving it. Now I actually wait for my next fast.

Eating mindfully. That's something very important. I make sure to chew every single bite 27 times. Small bites ok. If it's a large bite make it 40. I know this is tough and might get a little stressful. But it helps a lot. Trust me on this.
