Beginnings
I am a beginner and wanna lose weight by doing exercises and resistance together in this summer. But when I choose a programme of each, the app can't make two programmes (the cardio one and the hourglass workout) start at the same time.
My question: Should I do them together, or after finishing the cardio one (to lose weight), then I do the resistance (for hourglass body). Cause I saw lots of people said we should do both in order to lose weight and gain endurance
Please help me to answer this question soon, thanks a lot!!
