Hello there!

Just wanted to document my journey and I wanted to stay consistent

Here is where I am starting at 
Im 5 foot, 75.3kg, and I would like to get down to 60kg. I did lose a lot of weight and kept it off for a good 2 years but I have managed to get myself back to 75kg.
