Beginnings

Returning after almost 5 months!

START: 62.3KG MARCH 2025
REACHED my goal weight of 54KG beginning of JULY 2025
MAINTAINED a weight of 53KG from August 2025

But

SAD ( season affected disorder ) kicked in and I totally lost routine from fitness and diet from about September time.

I gained 2.5kg rapidly from November (which is absolutely fine I've never been worried about how I look) but holy moly since I've stopped all the aches and pains have returned.

So today I'm back at it ^^ Completed my first exercise after such a long time and oh boy I got work to do. It's fascinating how much my body improved during the 4 months or so I did exercise, to then the negative changes in the 4 months I didn't lol.

My SAD is still playing up and has gotten worse over the past few weeks, so I'm hoping getting back into the exercise routine will help reduce some of the symptoms as January - March can be the worst months!

I've done it before so I know I can do it again! Let's do this!

( My new goal is 51KG this time 💪)

p.s it's cool having the graph after a long period of time. I'm also happy to show the reverse of progress so others can see it is normal to have "bad spells". I hope I can show how I got back on track in a few more months xD
