i think the last program i've completed was sometime in spring last year.. 😭 i did start going to the gym afterwards but that was VERY short lived after school started, but IM BACK
ive gained 2kgs extra since last time, but i wont let that stop me, im really motivated to get back into fitness (and ACTUALLY stick to my goals this time) 💪💪
