I've made some visible progress like I went from having a hanging lower belly pooch to a stomach snatched af almost in the route of getting abs but scale shows the same weight I had 6 months ago, I've done 6 challenges so far and i should've lost some weight like everyone tells me I look slimmer and shi but scale doesn't tell me the same.
