Beginnings
Hi! I'm Ri .Im almost 20, 5'4 and weigh 70 kilos. Ive been wanting to lose a little bit of weight forever, but never did anything about it. As i lead a terribly sedentary lifestyle till then. Maybe once or twice a month, id do a little bit of cardio. thats it. I'd always start do day 1, but never get past. Be it my own lack of consistency or life gets in the way. For the past year, I've been feeling way too unhealthy. Even the little natural stamina and fitness I had were starting to go awaty. I saw people much older than me, and not that fit, do activites easily. And of course i had a lot of people commenting on my looks too.
So here i am, writing this, hoping this time, is the last day 1. Technically todays supposed to be Day 11. But its my day 2. skipped days in between. I apologise if im ranting. Im hoping even if im at day 2 on day 11 , ill get to the day 28 even if its on day 40. Though looking good is important, being able to walk up astairs without breathing hard is much much more important. As it was said on someone's post, i really really want to be that AFTER girl.
