Skipping cardio?

I’ll admit it… I used to always skip HIIT cardio. Guilty as charged.
Core workouts? Yes please.
Cardio? Absolutely not. I hated it. No fun, no sweat (literally).

But here’s the thing — I started noticing something odd: I never sweat during my workouts. Like, at all. And I knew something had to change.

So today, I officially started the Summer Shred 2025 program… and wow.
Day 1 and I’m dripping. Cardio really said “Hello, you called?”
Let’s just say… cardio might not be fun, but it sure gets the job done!

Here’s to sweating, shredding, and maybe learning to love (or at least tolerate) HIIT.
