Beginnings

Beginnings

Slow progress and stagnation

Hey everyone

I don't know if I'm making this post because I need some reassurance but anyway .. Here's where I am on my fitness journey.
I'm trying to lose weight since september 2025. First, I was only "using" calorie deficit technique. I went from 68.9kgs to 66kgs in few months, actually pretty fastly. Then stagnation started.
As it was not going fast enough for me, I've decided to exercise.

I've started my first challenge at the beginning of february (one of the 2 weeks shred challenge), it was my first challenge that I have ever finished completely so I felt proud. But I didn't loose any kgs during it.
I'm currently doing the 2020 flat tummy challenge (I've completed 54% of it), I try to be consistent but I admit, since it began, I had to take some extra rest days sometimes.
I try to be careful with what I eat, but I don't deprive myself too much. However, I still try to stay under 1600/1700 calories per day .
I tend to look at my body multiple times a day, dying to see some changes. My weight fluctuates a LOT but right now I'm around 65 kgs (I was around 65.8/66 kgs when I started the first challenge).

I know it hasn't been a long time since I started the challenge but here's my progress so far ! I'm still very motivated to continue it but I didn't expect it to take THAT much time

Have a good day ! :)
