Motivation

Slow weight loss... but weight loss none the less

I started in January this last year so I'm going on 4 months of consistent workouts with Chloe, I started with Get Snatched, then Shred and Tone, Intense Core '26, and today I'm finishing Get Toned '26. It's been an interesting journey, over 4 months I only lost 10 lb/4.5 kg (recovering from the holiday season) I was the heaviest I've ever been at 194 lb/87 kg in December last year. I'm now at 184 lb/83 kg and my motivation has never been higher to use all the gym equipment in the garage.
I still hate HIIT which is why I'm doing the programs with weights.
I'm teaching myself how to do a pull up and bought an assisted pull up band to help me. It's slow progress for sure but doing negatives on the bar is definitely a workout in of itself.
I still dont completely have the food side worked out yet, I now understand that with the calories not being completely accurate that you shouldn't eat back the calories you burned. This will result in more weight loss I guess.... whatever I'm doing IS working but I just wish that it would work a little faster. I'm not in a rush to look good in a bathing suit this summer or anything but it'd be nice if the process could be sped up, anyone know how I can do that?
