Small but meaningful changes

I started the Chloe Ting challenge on May 17th, 2025, weighing 54.4 kg, and by the end on May 31st, I reached 53.4 kg. During those two weeks, I saw some small changes in my measurements—my hips went from 94 cm to 93 cm, my thighs from 54 cm to 53 cm, and my belly (muffin top) from 77 cm to 76 cm. There weren’t that many noticeable changes in my body, but that’s totally fine because I’m quite short, and everyone’s body is different—progress looks different for each of us. Also, I was on my period during part of the challenge, so I was probably a bit bloated, which might have affected the way my body looked or felt.
