Beginnings
I have idiopathic kyphoscoliosis, ehler danlos and a fybromyalgia diagnosis which has made it difficult to keep my body in good condition. I broke my left hip in labour 11 years ago and have suffered with sciatica in both legs for years as well as dealing with solid muscle pushing into my spine. I'm hoping that some, not all, of the challenge I uave set myself will help me be able to strengthen muscles I haven't used in a long time, can develop muscles I probably don't know I have and hopefully find some relief. I know it's going to be a hard and difficult journey but fingers crossed so long as I'm careful I'm hoping to build up some strength that countless physiotherapy appointments have failed to do. Plus I may be able to reduce medications and painkilling injections. Please wish me luck, im doing this quietly without anyone i know knowing what I'm up too.
