It’s been so long since I last did Chloe Ting workouts, but I’m finally ready to start again. 
I’m in 11th right now, and between school, studies, and everything else, I kind of lost track of myself for a while.

That’s why I’m sharing this photo today
not because it’s “perfect,”
 but because it’s real. 
This is me, a student in India, starting again from where I am right now. 
TheI want this picture to remind me later that this is the point I chose to restart instead of giving up.

This time, I’m not chasing quick results. I just want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident every day. Day 1 begins again, and I’m excited to see how far I can go. ✨
