Beginnings
Hey everyone. I just wanted to share my journey and maybe get something off my chest as well. This is my first ever post. I am at the highest weight in my life possibly but I became determined to keep going because I read something that mentioned like "time is passing anyway" so it's either I keep moving or stay where I am. This quote is what is keeping me going honestly. But I can't help feeling so down and depressed to the point that I just can't bring myself to keep moving sometimes. I'm just wondering what can I do in those moments? Force myself to keep going? The things that make me stop sometimes are the "what ifs". I would like your advice if there's any in the comments. Thank you in advance.
