Beginnings
Hello! I’m giulia (Italy) and I’m 20. When I was 18 I struggled with depression and anxiety and lost a lot of weight without even trying. I am better now and I gained it all back plus a lot more… I don’t want to get back to my lowest weight, but I want to feel confident in my body again.
My biggest issue is with discipline and motivation, I just can’t stick to a workout program and I’m writing this post hoping to get support from you all, to be reminded to stick with it.
My goal is to get stronger and to gain more mobility, and if possible strengthening my core in particular and get ready to do advanced Pilates workouts after Chloe’s programs and to go running with my boyfriend for just a few km.
Sorry for the long post, I’m writing this for accountability and I promise I’ll post before and after pictures if I actually stick with it! I really want to make myself proud this time, so please help me
