Its been a while, I got so busy with work and putting my family first that I neglected my own self. Owning  up to it well thats the hard part and starting over again is also hard. I been trying for past months and things doesnt go well kids getting sick, life its self as today I did my work out even though I had a migrain but I told myself even if its a little and I dont have to do everything if its triggering my headache, Well wish me luck to come back tomorrow again.
