Looking back at the mindset I had a few weeks ago, I do not regret taking this leap of faith. I was exhausted. Short of breath. Overweight. Had a huge lack of self confidence and I had enough. Took it one day at a time, have now completed 2 workouts and started my 3rd workout this morning 🫶🏼 I feel proud of myself for not giving up even when sometimes I truly wanted to. Whether the results are showing is not my main focus. I’m just happy that I’m pushing to be a better version of myself 💪🏼
