Motivation
I want to stay consistent to end the year on High note. I started 15 days pilates challenge today wish me luck.
I have been trying to lose weight from past one year. Thought this was my year. I didn't know it was so difficult. I started with taking personal training from a coach. It did not workout so I switched to another. It has been 4 months since i started lifting weights. However, i wasn't following the diet consistently nor i was consistent with my workouts.
When i saw the calender I realised there is only 3 months to end the year. It hit me then, I made a promise to myself I will lose atleast 5 kgs by the end of this year.
I will take one day at a time, I am keeping this as my everyday log. I want to give this gift to myself. I am hoping this community will support and keep me accountable to stay consistent.
1. Counting my calories to be within 1500 kcl per day.
2. Every hour I do 20 jumping jacks and one dumbell workout to stay active throughout the day.
3. Everyday 30mins of workout.
I hate jogging, walking or running. Help which cardio exercise can I do everyday to boost the fat lose.. ?! It should be easy to do at home. I can't get out much from home.
