Motivation
Hello,
I've started working out again, but I need help with something. I struggle with discipline and mostly workout discipline. Whenever I want to work out I do it for a few fays and then nothing when it was the quarantine my sport teacher made us submit our workouts of the week so I had to do it and I was pretty athletic at that time. Now I'm in Uni and I lost a lot of muscles, I have now a boyfriend (2 years now) and I did go on birthcontrol and my weight went up almost 20 kgs. I already eat quite healthy but I still struggle with it and mostly with being disciplines with m'y workout. If anyone have any advice😅 I take it.
(also with m'y uni schedule I sometimes wake up at 5 and get home just before eating with m'y family so around 7 and I try to have 6-8 hours of sleep) But I want to work on discipline during the summer so I take any advice you can give 😁 Thank you!!
