this is the longest i have kept with a program without restarting. I just allowed myself to have breaks and some of these were 3days - a hole week breaks. my mental state becomes poor during the colder months and everything seems to pile up. but spring came early and we are back!! 

2months in and now only a week and a bit left and i will have finally finished this program!!
