Swapping workout day and rest day

I’m posting this here so I’m committing to follow through tomorrow. I’m on day 5 of my very first challenge. Today was so busy and I got to the end of the night still not having done the workout. (I even unrolled my mat at one point to start, but got pulled away.) So because tomorrow is scheduled as a rest day, I’m going to count today as the rest day and do today’s workout tomorrow. I know it’s not ideal but it’s better than nothing…right? Right?? I’m really trying to not beat myself up too much for not being firmer with myself to squeeze it in today, and instead remember it’s just a tiny bump in a much longer road.

(Related: can you do a workout one day late, or does it disappear? Guess I’ll find out tomorrow…)
