I started working out a year ago, and I was doing really well. I started eating better, I lost the 20 lbs I put on since 2020, but on Halloween, I tested positive for COVID, and it all went downhill from there. I was feeling like total..... You know?
And then at the beginning of this year, I tried again, but one day, I felt too tired, and then I just stopped, and I've fallen back into old habits, and I definitely gained back some of the weight I lost, and I feel awful. Like, physically, more than mentally. But, on Monday, I'm gonna get myself into gear, and start off with the first program I completed. Wish my luck 😅
