Chloe Ting Community

Completed my third program here and I could not be prouder of myself. I always have a challenge with completing tasks, but these programs are really teaching me consistency till the end. This is a beautiful milestone for me. So, I thought I'd share my mini win of the month. 

Will take a rest day just to thank myself and kick off a new program in the new month. My birthday month whoop whoop!
I am loving my fitness journey this year, taking it slow while I also work on the nutrition side of it. 

If you read this and feel discouraged at any point, please keep going and pushing yourself. You are your own limit and do not compare anyone's journey to yours. Lastly, do not forget to celebrate the wins no matter how small they are!
