1 Year+ Journey
Hi Guys.. trust in yourself is the most important thing about working out. I used to be very fit in 2022 and I looved working out and pushing through to get the most effective session for my body goals. As the years went by, I stopped working out regularly and over time I stopped it completely. Last year I started to work out again, and then stopped in February due to personal issues. Now I want to come back to working out and loving my body. I feel like I need to get used to it again, like learning that your body is not against you and neither are you against your body, just because you are pushing to the limits. It's very hard for me to notice how my strength and stamina are so low now and every time sth is exhausting, I just feel like it is "too much". Listening to your body is the key in everything. Mine right now is afraid of letting go of all the bullshit that life stored in my body over time. But that doesn't mean I am too weak to grow muscle again. I just need to feel into my body, listen for what it needs and trust that it can carry me all through life. Even if that means that I am not (yet) able to finish a complete workout session. Just one step at a time, trusting, listening and coming back to enjoying the movement.
What do you think about it? Taking it slow and in harmony with your body or pushing against limits and boxing through to get most results?
