Im only on day 7 but its hard to keep going 
I had my first rest day yesterday and it was hard to get back into it today 
And when i did, i felt as weak as i did on say 2 
I was feeling pretty down but i looked at my progress photos from day 2 to today and i do see a little bit of a difference. 
So, im going to try and keep going :)
