Wanna train for abs

Have been doing Chloe ting workouts for years now. (Not continuously)
I had begin when I was 15. I am 19 now.
My journey had began in a phase when I was sick. I had deficiency of vitamins. Low BP issues. And skin allergies too. I was visiting doctor every now and then to get medicines, to give blood samples, to fetch results...
I remember on one of the initial days of trying her workout, I had so less of stamina or energy that I had fainted while doing warmups.

And now this is me. Doing cardios of hers enjoying every moment.

I have gotta busy life so being always committed to her programs is tough but I happen to get myself involved in sports or some other kind of alternatives when I am not doing her workouts. So this is my most constant shape.

But this time I want to train till I get ABS!

Until now I believe cardios are good as it is best for shredding off all the extra fats and proportionate the body well, plus it also works after the workout so metabolism is also boosted.
I am not sure whether cardios alone will get me abs. And I have never followed any diet so far too.

So to all the lovely, fit and strong girlies can you suggest me in length on what workouts and diet shall I follow?? ✨🙏🏻🫶🏻
