Beginnings
I recently got back into training with Chloe. Before the app, I trained with her programs, especially the two-week ones.I've never been skinny. My weight fluctuates between 85 and 90 kg depending on the time period, and I'm around 168 cm.I usually felt good in my body, although I tried more than once to lose weight, aiming for at least 70 kg. Did I succeed? Never. I'd like to try again and change something. I count calories, exercise at home, though I don't always succeed, and I even have a mini gym.I still feel terrible, though. My friends are thinner than me, which is incredibly overwhelming. I'm also about to get my period, which makes me feel weaker and sometimes I just can't cope. Do you feel the same way? Was your path also this difficult and did you struggle so much? 😓
