1 Year+ Journey
I have been doing Chloe‘s challenges for over a year. I started out because my friend needed motivation and a partner so we did the Get Peachy Challenge. She quit in the first week, but I wanted to see if I can finish it. I fell in love with the program, and to this day I try out as much programs as I can.
My results: significant weightloss, toned body, more muscles, higher fitness level, strength, higher endurance, better lungs, better flexibility, less sickness, better skin and stomach, less stress, gained emotional stability and confidence
I always thought that the weightloss and muscle gain will be the most motivating factor for my journey, but nothing feels better when you wake up without anything hurting, when you finish a workout without getting out of breath and when you actually finish a program.
I met amazing people on this app, the team experience is something I am always grateful. Without those people I couldn’t have been able to finish so many challenges within the year, and I wouldn’t have gotten so many great tips.
I had highs and lows, I had moments where I almost gave up and didn’t even finish my daily exercises. I had days where I only did 5 minutes and I had days where I finished 80 minutes. I had set backs but I never gave up! The results are worth it, and I will continue for as long as I can.
365 days later I am not the same person. I hated my body, myself and the life I had. The hatred and disgust were intense enough for me to continue no matter what. And now I am thankful for my old self, for starting and continuing.
