Everyone is here because we are working to better ourselves and we have a mental image of what we want our life to look like. Sometimes it helps to say out loud (or type out loud in this case ha!) to help ourselves be accountable but also to see what really matters to us as well as to support each other and see that we aren't alone. No one is perfect, we just want to get a little better every day :)

My dream is to live a fulfilled and active life where I feel strong and healthy and I prioritize those things. what stops me sometimes is getting wrapped up in my work to the point where I let it invade my personal time that I could be using to work on my health and fitness journey.
